I am having trouble with Intent on and off for more than a month. I called in for repair but somehow Internet comes back every time before the repair comes. Two days ago Internet was gone again. We called the repair. This time it stayed off until the help came this morning. The engineer found the problem and fixed it for good. (I hope.)

It was faulty wiring issue. Now I know why Internet is considered an essential business.
