Not too good for my diabetes.

I had a Chicken Caesar Wrap at Red Robin last night. I guess the Caesar Wrap was not too bad bat the stake fries werent too good for my diabetes. My blood sugar was high this morning. I should not have eaten those fries.
But those fries were sure good. Why is that everything that tastes so good are bad for your health? Anyhow, I guess I will stay away from the fries for a while.
