Web and SPAM filter Problem Today

We have experienced Web outage (12:00am to 12:52am) and SPAM Filter Problem 11:00pm to 12:00pm today. We are working to make sure it will not happen again.
Because Web problem was at midnight, some of our customer did not even know about it. Also, because of the SPAM filter problem, people received unusually large amount SPAM during that time.
We are very sorry about those problem.
