Few years ago, one customer brought in a computer that did not boot up everytime. When he came in, he wanted us to find out what was wrong. So we took it in to observe it over night. During the night, the computer died completely. Next morning we informed the person that the motherboard of the computer is completely dead.
After a few second of pause, he claimed that we broke the computer.
Farther, he said his computer was needed little clean up when he brought it in.
What do you do?
We have decided to give him a new computer and revided the procedure for receiving the computer from the customer. It was the lesson learned.
