I went to Kojima Electric Mega Store in Nisinomiya today. We are over 400 miles away from Tokyo and has no problem here, but people bought out all emergency electric items and send them to Tokyo.
Just one section of the store is totally empty. Now people are buying all thye battled water here to be sent to Tokyo.
