Very Cold Morning in Japan

It is -3C (or 26.5F) this morning in Ashiya Japan. I will stay in Ashiya this week and move to Tokyo this weekend. I am booked on the flight to go back to Seattle on Wednesday.
Is it still called in Seattle as well?
Looking at temperature, it looks like a good weather there.
