Problem with Alaska Airlines

Today, Alaska Air is not operating normally because all of their computer terminals lost connections. Alaska Air uses Sprint as their dateline and according to the news this morning, Sprint fiber is not working making impossible to verify customer's booking.
Where is the redundancy?
Mayumi Nakamura, CEO of PSPINC, arrived in L.A. this morning and waiting for her flight from L.A. to SEA on Alaska. I hope she can come back to Seattle.
