We are nearing the final stage of development of Cloud Based Photo Sharing System called "Web de Photo" version 2. You can upload bunch of photos to your album and share them with or without the password.
The minimum storage area is 10GB (or 5,000 to 10,000 large images) and will be priced at US$5 per year. Yes, it is only $5 per year. You can upgrade this storage at vey small price too.
