It did not taste like Tonkotsu
This new restaurant was open last night. I went there for lunch today. I got there little before noon but the restaurant was already full. We ordered Takoyaki ($5), Gyoza ($4.50) and Ramen. I ordered Tonkotsu Ramen ($11).
I thought they were little pricy. But food was good. The service, prep. was very slow. But with that many people with untrained staff, I will not judge this time.
