I hate to go to a meeting where entire meeting is driven by a person who must say negative rings about anything. Let's say i come up with a new product, instead of contributing something to make the product better, those people must say something that is wrong about it.
I hate those people and refuse to work with them. Just shut the F%^K up and contribute or do it. And if really think the product is bad, say it so.
