Making Soba / そば作り

2 Cup Soba Powder (I brought back from Japan)
2 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 Cup Water
Mixed and went into Kitchen Aid pasta maker. It was slow but soba noodle looking thing came out. I will try cooking it for lunch.
日本から買ってきたそば粉を使ってそばを作ってみました。どんな味か、お昼に食べてみます。
