Bellevue Square JC Penny is Closing

JC Penny store in Bellevue Square is closing it door on November 1. They are selling everything off at 50% off. It is sad to see store like JP Penny is closing. I wonder if there is any store that can take place of JC Penny at Bellevue Square.
