Apple Photops Library Repair Process

I deleted some photos and I think I broke something on Photos. I need to repair the library and I found out how to do so.
(1) Quit out of Photos app if you have it open on the Mac
(2) Re-launch Photos app then before it opens, hold down Command+Option keys
Of cause this is for Macintosh computer. It may take sometime but it is something you should know.
