Ramen Boom

Few years ago, I went to Tsukiji (Tokyo), famous for the fish market, and I found this Ramen place called "Inoue". I don't know if I came call this a restaurant because this restaurant has no place to eat except the standing on the sidewalk. But this is a very popular place where people lined up to order ... all day.
Seattle is currently under Ramen boom and there are a few ramen restaurants but they are all expensive. I wish there is some place like this. But I doubt this restaurant pass the Department of Health Inspection.
