Good Working Environment

PSPinc is striving to create a good working environment for all our employees. PSPinc is not big enough to have its own HR Department so we outsource our HR department to Personnel Management Systems (http://www.hrpmsi.com). They do a good job communicating with everybody and also keep managers up to date on all the regulations. It's essential to have good HR department regardless of the size of the company. If you are not big enough, we recommend PMSI.
Anyone can call PMSI any time without going through management. That is very important.
