Honey Bucket

The Honey Bucket at the part I walk everyday was in bad shape this morning with TP all around it. So, I called Honey Bucket and reported the problem.
Within 10 minutes, there was a Honey Bucket truck at the site cleaning. That was seriously fast. But the guy who cleaned up the toilet did not touch the YP around the unite and he just kicked out the beer can out of the unit. He never picked them up.
Looking at that he may not have came because I called, but it was just a maintenance time. What do you think?
