I took Mayumi to the airport in the morning and after walking dogs around Southcenter mail, I got on 405 north to get back to Bellevue around 9:30 in the morning. Took me over 45 minutes to get back to Bellevue. It usually tales less than 20 minutes.
I do this very rarely but there are thousands of people do this every morning. The freeway is not being improved. All I hear about i the way they need to charge people. I have never seen any group of people in charge of such a big mess and not doing anything about it. I just think people in charge of State DOT is no competence.
