Your website is not accessible when it is infected with Malware.
When your website is injected with Malware, most browsers will block people from viewing the content of the site. That is because the site possesses the very high risk to the user browsing. If your site is infected (injected by a hacker) with Malware, you need to
(1) Delete all contents of your site.
(2) Restore clean copy of your web site.
If you do not have a clean back up, you need to rebuild a new site.
(3) Make sure your tools (such as Wordpress and its plug-ins) are up to date.
You must do this ASAP so that you do not infect your customers.
