Homeless and Minimum Wages

When minimum wages goes up ... There will be people who would not even qualify for the minimum wage jobs. Those people must depends on handouts and welfare to survive. In order to support those people, we need more taxes. It is a very bad cycle. We need to break it.
But we must remember, we cannot help people who are not willing to be helped.
