Bellevue Homeless Problem

I am very sorry for the people who are homeless and they sometime have to camp out at the park. I wish there is enough shelter for everyone.
That is being said ...
Why do they have to trash the park people use. There are trash bins less than 50 feet away. I see empty cigarette boxes, beer cans and food containers ... I really do not have sympathy for the people who trash the park or any place.
Please clean them up. I pick a lot of them up and put them in the trash when I walk.
