Today was second week in a row that they are having open house.
I kind of think they priced it too high.
There are new town houses that are being built just west of our office. And those town hoses will be selling for $750,000 ~ $950,000. I heard there are over 250 people in the waiting list for that development. There is a house for sale just east of our office and is listed for $950,000.
Just few days ago I heard of your household is making less than $72,000 a year, you are considered POOR in Seattle. Everything is just going up. I am afraid it is going to crash again.
