Auto Payment Setup Failed

I tried to setup auto payment for my new car using the Chase website. Since I do not have Chase bank account, I had to setup external bank to UNION BANK. I did everything what it asked, but I failed ... not only that UNION BANK ACCOUNT was locked and I cannot access it any more. I tried with Bank of America as well, and the account setup was not successful.
So, I called UNION bank ... "It told me that I have to call back in the normal business hours." Not a good service. Since tomorrow is Christmas, I have to do this on Tuesday.
There are problems with both Chase and UNION BANK.
