Server Monitoring

We have several hundred servers at our data center serving companies with Domain, Web and Email. We need to make sure those servers are running fast. To ensure that, we are monitoring our servers and services 24 hours a day.
We have people 24 hours a day, but we have build the software to monitor both hardware and software. It is called Sitemonster. We made this software because when we started the hosting business, there were no system or software to monitor servers and services.
