This morning Bellevue Connect City WiFi was working. It was the first tome I saw it working since it was installed few month ago. I hope they can keep it up ... But I wonder who this WiFi is for?
I can connect to it when I go there but I use my smart phone to connect to Instagram and other social media. That means I am connected through my cellular network anyway. So, really, who is this free network for? People sleeping at the park?
I really question its reason. Don't get me wrong, it is nice to have FREE WiFi but you know it is paid by tax to install and operate. So it is not really free. I think the tax money can be used for something better. I rather see dog poop bags there. So that I don't have to use mine ... I still carry plastic bags when I walk there. Old habit never dies.
