By the end of the day, I walked over 7,000 steps yesterday. That is the most I have walked since the surgery. I may have done too much because my knee hurts today. I will take it easy today. However, I did my one mile walk today too.

Also, it was much cooler than last few days. Actually I felt cold today. I am turning heater on in my room today.
