今日の昼はサブウェイのサンドイッチでした。ブラックフォレストハムサンドイッチだと思います。チーズも入れないで食べたのですが最近減塩を進めているのでこれでも塩辛く感じました。日本にも サブウェイサンドイッチありますよね。日本で行った事は無いですが、日本には他においしいものが安くていっぱいあります。

 

Today's lunch was a Subway sandwich, I believe it was the Black Forest Ham sandwich. I ate it without cheese because I've been trying to reduce my salt intake lately, but even without cheese, I found it quite salty. Subway sandwiches are also available in Japan, right? Although I've never been to Subway in Japan, I've heard there are many other delicious and affordable options there.
