ここ数日目がかゆい、鼻水が出る、くしゃみが出る、体がかゆい・・・とんかく酷いアレルギー症状。今朝も会社にきて目薬をしたけど、目の痒みがとまない。目も真っ赤になってる。赤みは目薬でなんとかなったけど、とにかくひどいので phenylephrine を飲んだ。少しマシになってきた気がする。この時期いつも苦しんでいます。

 

For the past few days, I've been experiencing severe allergy symptoms. My eyes are itchy, my nose is running, I'm sneezing, and my body itches all over. Even though I used eye drops this morning before coming to work, the itchiness in my eyes won't stop, and they're also very red. Although the redness improved with the eye drops, the symptoms are still quite severe, so I took phenylephrine. I feel like it's getting a little better now. I always struggle during this time of year.
