今日は 朝8時前から病院で検査があり、その検査の1つで昨日から何も食べても飲んでもいけない、特にコーヒーは飲んでいけないと言う状態で病院 に向かいました。朝の最初の2つの検査が終わった後に40分ほど時間があったので、病院のカフェテリアで朝食を食べました。注文したのは朝食の卵とほうれん草の「ブリトー」です。 あと心臓のストレステストの薬の影響 を弱めるためにコーヒーを注文しました。これ両方で確か９ドル位だったと思います。 日本と比べれば高いですが、アメリカとしては安いような気がします。 結構卵がいっぱい入っていて美味しく頂きました。

 

Today, I had a medical examination at the hospital starting before 8 a.m. One of the tests required me to fast from the previous day, particularly abstaining from coffee. After the first two tests in the morning, I had about 40 minutes of free time, so I went to the hospital cafeteria to have breakfast. I ordered a breakfast burrito with eggs and spinach. Additionally, I ordered a coffee to counteract the effects of the medication for the stress test on my heart. I think both items together cost around $9, which might seem expensive compared to Japan but feels reasonable for the United States. The burrito was quite filling with plenty of eggs, and I enjoyed it.
